FOUNDER'S PROFILE
I am a Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation acting as fractional Human Resources Director.
For the past 20 years, I have been working in Human Resources, helping fast paced organizations to attract, onboard and develop their Talents.
I launched SPIKES to give back to the Community, knowing how efficient Coaching is to develop one's potential and self-confidence.
Coaching can be implemented also in complement to other approaches like Therapy, Counselling, Mentoring and Personal Training.
I have been practicing as a Certified Coach since 2020, complying with the Standards and Ethics of the International Coaching Federation.
